Hydraulic driving surface grinder, table 635x305mm

  1. Machine base, column, worktable are made of high-density, close-grained cast iron for premium rigidity. The column has the double-walled structure and provides highly rigid support to the grinding spindle. The closed steel guard is equipped with the column for protecting the spindle motor and the guide ways, making the column safe and beautiful;Guide ways on saddle are lined with TEFLON plastic coating for high wearing-resistance and long service life. They are lubricated by the intermittent forced oil;
  2. The worktable right&left movements are driven automatically by hydraulic force provided by a variable displacement vane pump in a closed type hydraulic system. An imported hydraulic valve unit distributes the pressured hydraulic fluid, ensuring the worktable to move smoothly without any shockings.  The worktable's speed is variably changed by adjusting the lever which is located on the saddle and driven by manual/motor via the ball leading screw. The saddle cross movements are driven by an independent AC motor automatically. The grinding wheel's vertical movements can be selected as manual driving, power automatic driving or PLC control servomotor driving, ensuring high grinding efficiency;
  3. The Model with suffix "-A" grinder is equipped with automatic vertical feed servomotor and controlled by PLC and HMI with built-in program. It is so easy to perform automatic grinding;Japan Nachi made spindle bearing and Siemens electrical parts&components are fitted on the machine;
  4. 2-Axis digital readout (Y-Axis and Z-Axis) with displaying accuracy 0.001mm is equipped with the machine, for conveniently real-time monitoring the feedings of the machine;
  5. Well designed control panel with the two-way rotary structure allows the operator to stay on a comfortable position easily and thus improve his efficiency;
  6. Independent hydraulic power unit has the air cooling device. It runs stably with low temperature rise and provides enough power for the precision grinding;
  7. Safe and reliable electrical control, safety interlocking protection system are designed as per CE requirements;
  8. It can grind the vertical surface with the end face of the grinding wheel, the workpieces can be placed on the electromagnetic chuck or fixed directly on the table or other fixtures;All above features make the machine to have high rigidity and precision, small thermal distortion, smooth movements, low noise and temperature increase and easy maintenance.
