l  This universal knee type horizontal milling machine is used for small-batch or mass productions;

l  It can be mounted with cylindrical milling cutters, angular milling cutters, formed milling cutters and end milling cutters to machine all kinds of plane, level, groove and gear. Accessories such as universal milling head, slotting attachment, rotary table, dividing head and machine vise can be mounted on this machine to expand its machining scope;

l  Guide ways on X-Axis, Y-Axis and Z-Axis are hardened and precision ground. All of them are lubricated forcedly with pressured lubricant;

l  The table of this universal knee type horizontal milling machine can swivel 45° left and right. Using a dividing head on the machine, all kinds of helical surfaces can be produced by swiveling the worktable to a certain angle;

l  The spindle is assembled in “three-point-supporting” pattern with high precision tapered roller bearings. The spindle assembly has high rigidity and high weight-loading capacity. Dynamic braking is adopted on the spindle to offer high braking torque which stops the spindle quickly and reliably;

l  All directions of X-Axis, Y-Axis and Z-Axis run with manual feedings, auto power feedings and power rapid traverses;

l  Three-direction feed lead screws are trapezium lead screws;

l  If mounted with a digital readout, workpiece can be measured during milling to monitor real-time the machining precision on workpiece and reduce operator labor intensity;
