FL1600,2000,2500 floor lathe

These floor lathes turn workpieces with large diameters and short lengths and thin-wall tube shaped workpieces. High speed steel cutters or carbide cutters can be used on these floor facing lathes to cut various kinds of steels, irons and alloys. Outer / inner cylindrical / tapered surfaces turning, curved surfaces turning, slotting and cutting off etc. can be performed on these facing lathes. 

1. Heavily ribbed single-piece machine base with bed ways hardened and precision ground 
2. Extra wide bed ways for high rigidity and stability in operations 
3. Fully geared headstock with all gears hardened and precision ground, providing a wide range of spindle speeds on these facing lathes 
4. The spindle is supported on a set of precision angular taper roller bearings 
5. Main motor and feeding motor are variable frequency type to perform stepless regulation. This makes the choice of the feeding rates more convenient 
6. Extended type of machines can be customized as per specific requirements.
