CNC-FL1600/2000/3000 floor lathe, max. swing 1600, 2000, 3000mm

These CNC floor lathes turn workpieces with large diameters and short lengths and thin-wall tube shaped workpieces. High speed steel cutters or carbide cutters can be used on these CNC floor facing lathes to cut various kinds of steels, irons and alloys. Outer / inner cylindrical / tapered surfaces turning, curved surfaces turning, slotting and cutting off etc. can be performed on these facing lathes. 

1. Heavily ribbed single-piece machine base with bed ways hardened and precision ground; 
2. Extra wide bed ways for high rigidity and stability in operations; 
3. Fully geared headstock with all gears hardened and precision ground, providing a wide range of spindle speeds on these CNC facing lathes; 
4. The spindle is supported on a set of precision angular taper roller bearings; 
5. AC variable frequency main motor offers variable speeds in two steps. Feeding systems is driven by an AC servo motor; 
6. Extended type of machines can be customized as per specific requirements; 
7. Siemens or other brands CNC systems are available.
