This model P1000Y, P1250Y hydraulic shaping machines are used to shape various kinds of flat surfaces and shaped surfaces. They are suitable for the single-piece production and the small-batch production.

The feeding and main shaping motions of this hydraulic shaping machine are powered by hydraulic force with smooth transmission. Their speeds are steplessly adjustable. Provided with a safety device against overload, the hydraulic shaping machine is easy to start or stop with short over-range.

This hydraulic shaping machine can perform heavy-duty and continuous cutting benefiting from its features of high rigidity, high cutting force, high precision of directional conversion, low temperature rising, small thermo-deformation and stable machining accuracy.

The table of this hydraulic shaping machine can travel in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. Its tool post is equipped with a lifting device. This machine is easy to operated with centralized handles.
