1. This hydraulic sloting machine is widely used to machine flat surfaces, mould surfaces (including arc surfaces), key slots in tapered holes, key slots in cylindrical holes, splines, squre holes and polygonal holes on parts. It can also slot parts set to an inclination angle in the range of 0 10 Degrees. This hydraulic slotting machine is espeically suitable for machining key slots in blind holes or holes with shoulders (i. E., stepped holes). This hydraulic slotting machine is popularly operated in the single-piece or small-batch production in workshops;

3. The slotting ram's reciprocation is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic transmission mechanism. The ram keeps a constant speed in every travel to perform stable slottings and its speeds and the worktable feeding speeds can be steplessly adjusted.
4. The hydraulic control console has the direction-changing mechanism to reciprocate the ram's motion. The worktable can be moved both hydraulically and manually. The worktable can also be automatically fed and perform rapid trasverse driven by a special electromotor on this hydraulic slotting machine.
