This knee-type universal horizontal milling machine is used
for milling the flat surfaces, the inclined surfaces, the curved surfaces,
the grooves, the slots, etc. with various cutters in large-batch production,
individual production, machining department, tools and repairing department;
[2] Accessories such as the universal milling head, the vertical
milling head, the slotting&milling head, the swivel table, the
universal dividing head can be mounted on this universal horizontal milling
machine to expand the range of applications;
[3] The worktable of this knee-type universal horizontal milling
machine can swivel 45° left and right. Using a dividing head on the machine,
all kinds of helical surfaces can be produced by swiveling the worktable
to a desired angle;
[4] Three-direction feed lead screws are trapezium lead screws;
[5] If mounted with a digital readout, workpiece can be measured during
milling to guarantee the machining quality of workpiece
and reduce operator labor intensity;
[6] This universal knee type milling machine can be used for boring
when mounted with a universal milling head.
